SUDAFED PE Pressure + Pain Maximum Strength Caplets for Adults 24 ea

I bought these for the first time for my sinus headache abt a week ago. They did not help me in the slightest. A few days later I started suffering with the worse body rashes/whelts or similar, which I can only think would have been as a result of this.
