This is a great product I bought more than a year ago. That rotating balls alternate directions and are great massage from neck to feet depending where you place it. I bought one for dear mom who claims she got rid of cramps she had I’m feet for 2 years!! Bought for sister and her family on a ski trip and that thing is running 24/7. Kids and parents love to sit with it and share for hours. Wholeheartedly recommended

I am always a bit skeptical with these kind of things, but this is BRILLIANT!!! I have two torn shoulders and have so much tension in my neck and middle back, this works like a dream. The heat is a bonus. I like the motion of it, very steady, with none of that jarring motion, this is smooth and you can lean in to get a deeper massage. I just love it!!!!!!!!

When I first got this massager, I didn't really use it because I couldn't quite figure out just how to get what I needed. Then, I started out using it just to gently massage my neck, laying down. It was wonderful. Then, when I got one of my muscle spasms in the mid-back area, I decided to use the massager to "break it down". I got the muscle right where I needed it, by moving the machine around and laying on it with a pillow under my head. Normally, I need acupuncture which is pretty pricy. No more. This massager does it all.

I was experiencing a lot of mid back pain. I could not see my chiropractor. I sat up against this machine and let it go against my back. It really worked into my mid back muscles which were tight and felt like a rock. After a few sessions, I'm feeling less pain and more flexibility. The mixture of heat and loosening of tight back muscles is great for relief. If you are having back problems, this is a good device to add to your routine.

This thing is legit, very happy with it! I have several places on my back that flare up after a run or good workout, and this thing can hit them all (low back, mid back between the shoulder blades, neck). Haven't tried it anywhere else, but had hip surgery a few years back (pounding of several marathons finally caught up with), and would imagine this would feel great on the deep hip/glute muscles when they flare up too. VERY happy with the quality of this little machine!
