Summer In View Duo, Video Baby Monitor, Bonus Camera

The battery doesn't last long. I took it out of the package and charged it for recommended amount before use and the battery only lasted about an hour. I called Summer and they are issuing me a new battery. Other then that I love this monitor! The clarity is so nice!!

We all love this camera. We put one in our daughters nursery and one in our sons room because he typically like to get up and play at night. I use it all day as well when our daughter is taking a nap. This camera also has a zoom in feature which we love

Pretty easy to work. Camera is a good quality. Night time vision is good. The sound is good. I only wish that the camera wasnt so zoomed in or had more than one zoom option. I had to place the monitor on the other side of the room in order to get the whole crib in the picture. Ive been using this monitor for about two weeks now and so far we really like it. I do wish the monitor would stay on at all times when its not plugged in. If its plugged in, it stays on until you turn it off but if its not plugged in, every few minutes you have to turn the screen back on to be able to see baby.

I didn't have a video monitor with my first child but I wish I would have! The 2 cameras are great. I wish the picture was just a smidge clearer but it's a pretty good picture, and the night vision is great. The cameras and monitor are VERY easy to set up. Basically just plug in and go. And it's nice that the monitor comes with a rechargeable battery so you don't have to leave it plugged in.

I had the 'Wide View' monitor set also by Summer Infant and i saw this monitor had two cameras which i needed since my baby has his own room now, i needed two cameras for each of my kids room. I ordered it online and picked it up in store a couple days later. I was excited and got home to hook it up and i was disappointed. The camera is soo zoomed in (yes i made sure I didn't hit the 'zoom' button) I could barely get my sons crib in the camera. I returned it and got my money back. I prefer the Wide View Monitor set because the camera has a wide view angle and allows me to capture my children's entire bedroom in the video. So when they are playing in their bedroom, i can see them playing rather than having the camera just focusing on the crib. I will be repurchasing the 'Wide View' set again.
