ive had it for one month now, and the audio cuts off and goes choppy frequently all night, as does the video. everything is connected and charged according to directions, so the only explanation is its not a good product and i should have just gotten a more expensive one.

Works great as long as the monitor is plugged in. The rechargeable battery does not charged. Called the company, and they advised that they stopped making these in 2022 and do not have parts and no support help. The manufacturer suggested ordering a new battery from Amazon or returning to the store.. what a hassell.

This camera is a step down from our last Summer Infant monitor. The picture is grainy and the camera will not work unless the monitor is on and the camera is unplugged and then plugged back in. This must be a flaw but there are no instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue.

Good reception. Long range (we have it almost maxed out to what it states in description) Small screen. It seems to always default to "Night Vision" mode even though it is daytime. We don't have lights on all day in the room this is used in and we don't use it for a baby monitor but rather a cheap option for a security camera. Because of this, we leave both monitor and camera plugged in all the time when in use. But w/ a full battery charge, the camera does not work when electricity goes out for some reason, it shuts off. Odd, since it is a "chargeable" unit. Price is much more family friendly than other brands out there.

This is a replacement for a 10 year old baby touch system which we preferred. This screen is larger and better in daytime disappointed in the pixelation of the nighttime image and choppiness of the camera. Surprised at the lack of improvement in a decade. Screen always remains tad bright at night view. And disappointed in the volume control. Does not go low enough. So you can hear voices loudly even on lowest setting. And wish this were touch screen as well. A little bulky to carry. Overall, serves the function and just okay.
