Summer Infant Bubble Maker

This product is not worth the time it take to get the battery compartment open.. my first unit didnt even work after it took me almost 8 minutes just to get the screws out... the motor was blown before we got to use it.. the second one did work in the sence that the wands did go around in a circle.... it blows bubbles for about 3 minutes then they just start to all stick together and hang from the unit... i have never left bubbles in it and washed it out after every use like sugested... but it made no difference. my boys who are addicted to bubbles were very dissapointed in this . i returned it and bought one of those handheld bubble blowers... and my kids are happy with that. dont waste your time or money.

Ditto to all the complaints written above. Bubbles don't fully form and leave the wand before the rotation breaks them. This possibly could have been fixed by adjusting the speed, but apparently the manufacturers didn't bother to product test. Don't waste your money.

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter because she adores bubbles. But this toy was so loud it scared her. Once I got her used to it she was ok, but it stopped working after about 5 minutes. I tried new batteries the next day and it still doesn't work. I would never recommend this toy for anyone. Please parents, don't waste your money.

This product is very loud once you turn it on and even though the bubble wands do spin around, there were litterally only 2-3 bubbles that shot out every 20 seconds. I even made sure there was enough bubble liquid in the compartment too but it just doesn't work good at all!

Overall this is a cute item. My daughter loves this bubble maker. She now associates bath=bubbles. When we tell her its bath time she squeals "bubbles". However this item is not perfect and there are a few things you need to keep in mind if you plan to purchase this item. One, don't use this over open water. We use a inflatable tub inside our tub so I can hang this on the wall and not worry about it falling into the water. The suction cup will loosen and the toy will fall. So don't leave it up all the time. Also always expect this item to fall off the wall at anytime. Once it hits the water it will not work anymore (other reviews can attest to that). Two, you really do need to use the bubbles that Summer makes for this item. I tried subbing with plain old cheap bubbles from the dollar store and the whole thing foamed up and made a huge mess. I even tried to water down the cheap bubbles and it still made a huge mess. The replacement bubbles are $15 for a 6 pack. A total rip off. Three, this item needs to be cleaned/wiped down after each use. You should also try and give it a good rinsing every so often... otherwise it foams up and or starts to jam on you.
