Summer Infant - Secure Surround Play Safe Playard

First of all, it took five days to arrive (was supposed to arrrive in two days and I was really pressed for time). It was very warped when taken out of the box and has only gotten worse in the two weeks I have had it. It does contain my dogs but it is hard to open and close the gate. I would not order this again. If I hadn't needed it so desperately at the time, I would have returned it. Walmart did issue a five dollar eGift card due to the fact that they did not deliver on time.

I use this product as a corral for my two small dogs. It works fine for them, both being under 20 lbs. I question its ability to work for larger dogs and can't comment on using it for children. Overall, it's a much less expensive and better product than a large, closed kennel for my two dogs.

I ordered two of these so that I could put them together to make a larger area for our grandson. A few days later, I ordered another one so that we could have a play yard inside and one outside. The play yard can be broken down and moved pretty easily, but we wanted the convenience of not having to move them. Not having floors in them makes them quite versatile because they can be turned into many different shapes.

Our year old grandson was crawling and attempting to walk. We wanted to assure he would be safe and we would be worry-free about him getting at the TV, or things he shouldn't. This is perfect, easy to handle. Walmart's delivery was so quick. The yard was ready to go right out of the box. Our's has six panels which is adequate. Besides its regular use as a six-sided play yard, I liked another reviewer's suggestion of placing the play yard around the front of the couch and have used it that way as well. This is a nice way to encourage his walking and allow us to better interact with our little guy. Plan on using it on our deck as well.

Bought this pen as a containment for my Border Collie recovering from knee surgery. It set up easily around a large bed I bought her. It is by far easier to set up and by far less expensive than a dog pen. It opens up wide enough so I can work with her on her rehab exercises. Does take up room but, since since her activity level needs to monitored over the next three months, it is worth every penny.
