Sun Joe 3-in-1 Electric Leaf Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher, 240mph, 13-Amp

"Outstanding" is insufficient to describe the quality of the Sun Joe SBJ603E 3-in-1 Electric Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher. It is well designed, lightweight, durable, and easy-to-use. It is the first electric leaf blower I have ever had and the first blower I've owned (the others were gasoline engine-driven) that survived more than 30 days. The variable-speed switch is a nice touch. The unit has an internal thermostat that activates a cut-off switch when the unit overheats. It's hard to believe the lightweight unit can actually produce wind speeds of over 200 miles an hour. It's best to use the slowest windspeed that will do the job — to prevent overheating — otherwise, you will have a 30 minute wait for the unit to cool and the switch to reset. (Don't ask me how I know that.) The lower the ambient air temperature, the less likely overheating will be an issue. When used as a blower, the handle is on the top, placing the wind-jet tube horizontally, about 4-to-6 inches (10-to-15 centimeters) above the ground, perfect for pushing leaves — even when they are wet. The mulcher does its best job, reducing dry leaves into the finest mulch, when operated at high-speed. I am thrilled to own such a reliable tool, and you will be, too.

It is a present so it hasn't been used yet but the person delivering the item just put it in th front door in plain view and didn't ring the door bell

We have 8 trees and several bushes in our yard. My son was able to tackle the front and side yard in a couple hours. This leaf blower was a great help! My son's only complaint was that he wished the blowing power went up another level or two. It was tough to get the leaves out of the center of some of the small bushes.

great value. easy to work and easy to change out different parts. love that it also vacuums up the leaf pile into attached canvas bag! 2nd Sun Joe product I've bought now. terrific!

I think works great. Not that heavy, I could help a little bit to hold it with my leg, safely, no harm. But yeah, vacuum and mulch very good. Bag works great and no issue to collect 12 gallons of leaves inside it. Just got 4 stars because I did not get the shoulder additional holder. Was a good deal in my first day using it....on mother's day.
