Sun Joe SWJ803E-PRP 10 in. Multi-Angle Electric Telescoping Pole Chain Saw, Orchid Purple

I only needed a tension bolt and nut for my electric chain saw. I had to buy a whole kit of stuff to get what I needed.

Fell apart the first time we tried to saw a limb. This is a piece of junk.

This pole saw cuts very well and is easy to handle. The only issue I had was the first one I received only worked for about 5 cuts, then it would not run. I'm guessing it had a switch problem. SunJoe customer service was quick to correct the problem and send me a replacement unit and were pleasant to work with.

One of my fears was that the Chain saw was going to be too difficult to manage on my own but I was pleasantly surprised tat even this 63 year old woman could manage and that yes the cutting went smoothly and without a hitch. It is of course heavy but you do not need to be Gonzilla to lift the pole and in the end it cuts branches much more efficiently then a hand held one especially one you are tryig to manage while balancing on a ladder.

Getting too old to cut palm branches with a hand saw. Wife purchased this great electric pole chainsaw for my 70th birthday. Can't believe how easy it was to set up and use. Cut thru thick branches like a hot knife thru butter. It was incredible!
