Sunbeam 12" x 15" Heating Pad with Controller and 3 Heat Settings, Newport Blue

I like this heating pad because It does not shut off unless you turn it off. I use it for my 16 yr.old dog to lay on. I have two, one for the daytime and one for at night. I also use it for my wheping box to keep my newborn puppies warm. They have lasted me years, and I have never had one that gave off a odor. For the price and what I use them for, I counldn't be more satisfied.

Not what I was hoping for... The heating pad is inside a cloth envelope/pillow case and it bunches up inside when I put it on my back while sitting. I was hoping for a one-piece heating pad. However, it heats very quickly ... just not what I needed for my application.

When I first purchased it,”” I noticed that sometimes it would only stay on for a few minutes at a time, obviously there was a short in it, but it continued to work intermittently enough for me to ignore it. A week later it tripped my breaker three times because I didn’t want to believe that it was actually my brand new heating pad that was doing this…It was! Don’t buy this product. Go ahead and spend a little more for better quality, that’s what I’m going to do.

I have major back pain. So I’ve been trying to find a decent heating pad for awhile. This was the latest one I bought. I liked that it was smaller. But it bunches up so badly. No matter what I do I can’t get it to stay flat. Also DOES NOT have a automatic shut off. Do not buy this one.

It gets soft and comfortable once warm. Has auto shut off. Fabric washes nice. I have kept this a few months and used on and off before reviewing. It is on thr smaller size, but it fits my needs.
