Sunbeam Heating Pad with Controller and 3 Heat Settings, 12" x 15" Blue Frost, 1 Count

Very small, barely heats, not soft at all. The fabric is super cheap. I definitely miss my old heating pad. It was way bigger, super soft, and was only 13 bucks. they don't make it anymore, so I switched but definitely regret buying this one. I thought Sunbeam would be better.

There several reasons why I'm gonna stop ordering from your website: 1 you used to give us a 10 or 15 minute window to add something that we forgot. Now you don't do that, bad news for people trying to order from home. 2. I received a note saying that you're no longer are going to give people an option of substitution. That's unacceptable to me 3 you now say that if we get something we don't want at time of delivery that we can return it to the store. There's a reason I'm ordering like this because I don't want to go to local Mammoth Walmart. Generally you have to park about a mile away. What to return a bottle of pickles?! So I'll be looking for something else that a little bit more Customer Service friendly. 6. I truly appreciate you using people who really need a job for delivery. But it would be nice if they had basic English knowledge. Trying to explain something by text to them is almost impossible. Please feel free to call me.

Cheap, cheap material, poorly made, the size was not standard fit unless standard is meant for a toddler. The medium is what I would normally use, but had to high, but that only lasted about 15 minutes. It did not automatically turn off. Buy cheap get cheap results. I am cancelling the 2 year warranty.

I had one of these for 3 yeRs barley turned it off and used everyday, it finally kicked the bucket yesterday so I replaced it. The newer ones suck!! Half the heat power…. Have to have it on high to feel anything!! It's been 2 days now so there's no “it's new” excuse.

I can't tell you how angry I am that I wasted my money. I was using an off brand heating pad I got for half the price from Amazon and it worked for years. This immediately was a problem. No sponge, stealing my money. The stupid thing gets wadded up with every tiny movement. I have to pull it apart and flatten it every time I use it. Bought it in March and it stopped regulating temperature, it is always at lava level. Burns the skin in about 5 minutes, have to turn it off and on to be safe. The cord seems to be rotting, pieces of the sheath are just coming off, looks like a dog chewed it but I don't have pets. All in all, this was an extreme waste of my money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you got one that actually works, bully for you. Looks like most of us weren't so lucky. Sunbeam, never again.
