Omg this was AWFUL! It was barely even warm. I bought this to help ease some knee pain and it just warmed up enough to let me know it was plugged in. I was so disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend to anyone. I'm returning it and looking for an actual heating pad, with warmth. Don't waste your money or time on this.

Bought this for my son who has heath issues and spends a lot of time on X-Box. This way he doesn't have to lay down to get the benefit, and if he is sitting down, it won't keep sliding down every time he moves. Just makes life easier and more comfortable. Add on the ultra soft fur type nap and it makes the comfort level go up even more. Very pleased with it, better than I expected.

I usually buy the cheapest pads at pharmacy or costco. Push button switch, 3 heat settings. This ultrasoft in store comes with a push button switch and 3 heat settings. I thought it wouldn't be any different from any other brand. I was wrong. The highest heat setting feels like the lowest in other pads. Takes a while to warm up. It's going back to the store. I'll look for other brands.

The size is perfect and the cover is nice and soft
