Sunbeam Warming Blanket, Seashell

This blanket is great for me and my husband because I am always cold and he is always hot. It has dual controls so I can be nice and toasty and he can leave his side off. Now I can get into an already warm spot on my side of the bed instead of having cold feet and trying to warm up before going to sleep. I have been falling asleep faster.

I ordered this electric blanket when our previous blanket stopped working. Since my husband had open heart surgery in 1994 he's had a difficult time staying warm. Even though we live in California we still have cool nights during the winter months. He loves lying down in a warm bed. I have had Sunbeam blankets in the past and have had no problems with them living up to the product description. The only thing I miss on this blanket is a pre-heat setting.

I bought this for the winter months to save on turning the heater on at night. First night, I preheated the bed by turning it on to 5, by the time I lifted the covers the bed was SO warm....that I had to let things Cool before I got to bed. Most nights I just sleep with it on 2 or low. But it was SO nice for my husband to be able to have his sit at His temperature....which was like 3 or 4. It looks alot nicer then I thought it would and it's very soft. I Love this blanket.

Got it for a gift for my 75 year old mother and she just can't stop talking about it she is so happy and warm at night... Love the blanket would buy another one...

This electric blanket is paper thin. It keeps you warm though! I do not think it will last to many washings.
