This Water Treatment is a MUST with my city hard water. It helps prolong the life of my filter and the Humidifier stays cleaner longer.
This product does what it is supposed to do. I have used other products work well but it takes a lot more of their product than the one cupful for every 3 gallons of water. Very cost effective
I have chemical sensitivities and this product in my humidifier caused me extreme respiratory problems. The Holmes bacteriostat didn't bother me, have used it for years. That is what I thought I was ordering. Can't seem to get it anymore.
We have tried other products in our vaporizers and none of them make it as easy to get the scale off of them as this. Our water is extremely hard with a lot of calcium and this product makes it easy to get the deposits off.
