Love this product even tho expensive. A back saver. To rewind make sure the hose is not intertwined. Pull some back toward the keeper so the plastic gears dont have to pull from a long distance.

gears had come unattached.......hoses that came with it were cheap and brittle.......stopper on hose little too small for regular hose. How it was boxed was very battered and poorly handled

What a wonderful gadget. Where has it been all of my life. I have 50' of 3/4 hose on it and it works great. Kind of makes the dog crazy whatching the hose slither across the yard, but that's his problem. I'm happy because I'm not cranking or twisting and coiling hose. :o) I've had it 3 yrs now and it's still just as great as when I got it.

I had one of these under a different name for about 8 years. This co. and a few others have bought the engineering rights, I think. It's daaang good engineering. If you keep it oiled (silicone spray is what I use) and clean it can last a long time. Amazing what it can do. I put 200' of 1/2" hose in it and it fits fine. Very impressed with its power and longevity. Jet was great. My first time using them. Cheap and very fast delivery.

I have a large back yard and use a 120 ft heavy duty hose to reach every where I need. Am 66 years old and winding that hose was getting tougher and tougher. Piece of cake now.
