Piece of plastic was cracked and broken - My husband says "no biggie" - Not even 3 weeks later and it is in the trash! Connection where the hose fits in leaked and he was able to fix that but then the entire side came off. Would NOT recommend purchasing this item On the plus side, it arrived in a large box fully assembled - That was probably the only good thing!

I have owned at least 2 of these and do not be fooled by the ease of assembly. Plastic parts dry out and crack, especially if living in a warm, dry climate. Spend a bit more money and purchase a metal, heavier reel. Do not buy one with a folding handle because the plastic stops for the handle will be the 1st to crack.
