Suncast 52 cu. ft. Resin Vertical Storage Shed, Taupe, BMS4500

This shed was great for the price, however, the first one delivered had no hardware or directions. A call to Walmart.com fixed that by sending another complete shed delivered in two days. This shed went up without a hitch, very easy to assemble, and the first shed was picked up by FedEx the next day. I would definitely purchase from Walmart.com again.

I picked up and assembled this item two weeks ago. Although I had read many customer reviews that said this item was difficult to assemble, a friend and I assembled it in less than 20 minutes. The key to success is to have someone HOLD and ALIGN each part while the other person either snaps or screws it into its position. If you try to assemble it alone, you WILL find the task to be VERY difficult. I appreciate the shelf notches that enable shelves to be installed. I have not installed them yet, but I do not anticipate any problems. All the instructions, including the shelf diagram, are written in a logical and straight-forward manner. I am thinking about buying the horizontal shed also. When I put my lawnmower inside it, there is no room for my long-handled tools.

Exactly what we needed and much easier to put together than I thought it would be. Holds so much and keeps it dry. Makes enjoying the deck and entertaining convenient. Free delivery, not having to schlep a huge box around a store and then fight to get it into a vehicle and drive it two and a half hours up over the pass, priceless. Got here quicker than they promised, ideal.

Nice looking, solid and very well made, doors open and close easily. I am handicapped and was able to assemble alone in less than 15 minutes. It is unfortunate they don't offer resin plastic shelves. The average person will have trouble buying wood and cutting shelves. I would gladly pay for pre made shelves from Suncast that would just drop into place. I'm sure they would be much cheaper then the cost of wood. I spent $40 for the materials to make shelves with a lot of waste due to their odd size.

The house we bought last year had some narrow DIY shelves that looked sloppy and exposed the bins and stuff stored on them. Rather than frame in the space with sheet rock, I got the idea to replace the shelves with a plastic storage shed. We live on the ocean, so the plastic eliminates rust and protects the contents from salt air. This is not a one-person assembly job, although I did assemble it myself in about an hour - not including 3 wood shelves I installed later by bolting 2x4s to the walls using 3/8" bolts with wide washers to protect the plastic walls. With a second person to bend in the rear corners while a you insert and tighten the plastic bolts, assembly should take 20 minutes. After half an hour of fussing, I managed to get the first corner bolted together - and the rest was easy. The new shed really tidied up my garage.
