Suncast 6' x 5' Outdoor Everett Storage Shed with Windows, Sand Brown

This shed would be the easiest thing to put together out there if Suncast actually provided all the necessary components with it. We were rolling right along until we came to the doors and their hinges. The hinge receptacles on the corner pieces of the building were not designed to go with the hinges that came with the kit. The only way to make it work was to pull out the drill and a variety of bits, drill new holes in the hinge receptacles and matching holes through the metal hinges! What would someone do who wasn't in possession of a drill, or simply didn't know how to accomplish that side project? Oh, and we also had to make a special trip into town to buy the screws and bolts to fit the newly drilled holes. I contacted the warranty department in hopes of getting new components sent to us before going to all this unexpected extra trouble, but two weeks later, not one word in response after contacting them exactly the way they said to: with pictures and clear descriptions of the issue. I even sent a second request and again, nothing...not even an acknowledgment of having received it! Wow! What company does that and expects to continue in business? Final result: our shed doors do not hang exactly straight because, shockingly, we aren't expert constructionists. But having to literally create all the hinge holes ourselves, we did the best we could do. Buyer beware! Don't choose this product because of the warranty promise because it is an empty promise!

Received it yesterday and erected today! It took me (By myself) 2 hours to: -Have all items pre-assembled -Lay and secure the floor. -Erect the walls and trusses complete, before I needed help with the roof panels. Very pleased with the unit as a whole, however the one drawback was the sizable gaps were the wall panels met the roof panels (Eve). Gaps where sizable enough to allow bugs in, so I used latex caulking on the inside and all is good.

You can't beat this shed for the price. Put aside some time to put it together. You will need 2 people. We put this on a concrete slab, and since it wasn't perfectly level the roof wouldn't snap in properly. We put some wood under one side of the shed and that did the trick. Once you have a level surface everything snaps in great. The interior of the roof is annoying to put together, but it's a kit and it works as it should. We ended up doing this partially one day and partially on a 2nd day because of the level issue, but it could be done in just a couple of hours if you have a level surface and patience. Read the directions completely before you do it, it makes all the difference.

Overall the shed came without any issue. I wish Walmart would stock this item in their local stores to avoid the $100 freight fee. The shed could of had more of the items pre-assembled, but overall the instructions were easy to follow and I build the shed in less than 5 hours with no help. One tip for installation - do not tighten all of the truss bolts until the roof is secure. It will allow the roof to snap together with some wiggling of the side walls. Once secure then tightened the truss bolts.

Needed a plastic shed to house all my garden pots. Great shed. Plastic floor makes is great for wet garden pots and supplies. It took us a day to put it together and we also placed it on a wood deck to give the floor some extra stability. Instructions were good and all the plastic parts of the shed were labeled which made it a lot easier.
