My husband brought a Suncast 7.5' x 3 about five years ago and we loved it. It came through fine with the flood we had in 2010 with NO damage. This time we brought a 7.5' X 5 . I recmmmend this storage building to anyone. Very durable, strong and long lasting.

The shed is great but the dimensions are misleading. They don't tell you that the roof has a 3-4 inch overhang on all sides. This prevented us from placing the unit in the space we wanted.

For the price this is an excellent option. The shed is sturdy, fairly easy to put together and appears to be a good quality plastic/resin. It took a few hours to be put together by one person, with occasional help. (person is a mechanic). I can't say how long it will last or not fade since we just purchased it, however; we have bought a garbage shed from Suncast, the same manufacturer, years ago, which is still in great shape today.

We were a little confused at first because of all the peices but after laying evreything out and seeing that all pieces were labled with a letter, we followed instructions and had assembled in 2 1/2 hours with two people. Perfect size for a small yard, mine currently has a push mower, weed eater, bike, lawn tools, two fold up chairs in it and still has plenty of room.

got this shed delivered. It came to house, but they would not take it further than garage. It is big and weighs 300 lbs or more. So you will have deal with the huge boxes (3) and the huge pallet they left me. Hoping it fits in car, because trash men will not take it. I will take it to dump. Another step you have to deal with when this is delivered. No unpacking and removing anything. Least that is what the two guys told me. I had my boyfriend and my friend ( another male) and myself to put this shed together. The instructions were fairly clear. The drawings to illustrate were not! So it took a little longer since none of us have ever done this before. It took around 4 hours with three of us. Mostly those two doi g the heavy work, and I handed tools, helped to figure out the dilemmas we encounterd. 1st dilemma.... You must have the site where your placing this ready to go. You should NOT place directly on the grass as shown in the picture. I had some bushes removed and bought dirt/ mulch and thought I could just place on that. You can't because the ground may shift or sink in and then the whole structure becomes unstable, and because a majority of these panels snap together, it may cause it to be unstable, or damage the shed. So I had to place directly on my patio, underneath my deck. I couldn't wait or wanted to go the expense of have a slab poured for it. Or to go buy heavy thick slabs to put down. Those little pathway tiles, wouldn't cut it. Needs to be thick foundation. With that problem solved we moved on. We needed a rubber mallot, a drill , and a screwdriver. The screw driver was needed to help wedge the pieces together in some areas because the parts were warped , like they were in a hot storage area. That was one problem. Another was that the illistations were not clear, and we had a hard time seeing which way a part went in. Once you snap these in.. They are very difficult to take back apart in case of a mistake. All in all, we did it. The door handles do not line up perfectly, but I am able to get a lock on it. It is a plastic shed, and if someone wants in it bad enough, no lock will keep them out. Can you say blow torch? If I had it to do over, I would still buy this shed. It is sturdy, and size is good. Color is nice, blends in. Skylight is great feature. It is relatively easy to put together, if you are mechanically inclined . I think the quality, the price, is good for this. Sears wanted 256.00 to come out and install it, plus it was about $100.00 more at sears.com. I chose to get a cheaper price, and do it ourselves. I'm terrible at putting things together,- and wouldn't have been able to do it, by myself. You need at Least two people. And even then, time to put it together depends on you skill level. I read the reviews and went with this shed, due to so many people said it was easy. It's not EASY... But it is doable. And it's a NICE shed!
