The tables from this brand help me very much in having a good quality sleep. Not many companies produce this medicine at 300 mcg and out of all of them this one is significantly better.
Its all you should need to sleep, low dose melatonin at 300 mcg is the amount the body normally makes on its own, so for various reasons including light , and as you age your body creates less. Because its 300 mcg you don't get that melatonin “hangover” the next day. In fact taking much higher doses are less effective.
More is not better when it comes to melatonin. The higher doses result in feeling sleepy the next day. I fall asleep within half an hour, sometimes 15 minutes with these. They are small and chewable, so I think that makes them work faster. This brand is also very economical compared to others. I have had a hard time finding these lately and am so glad that Walmart still has them.
Works great. Just enough to help go back to sleep.
