[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great way to ingest a lot of garlic without cooking with it. I personally did not taste the garlic or notice any bad odors. I'm not sure if it has had any health benefits yet but I will keep taking it for a while

Also, they are super easy to swallow for people who have trouble with pills. Additionally, I've wanted a good garlic supp, actually. It's great for protecting against oxidative damage to the body! Usually when I think of natural and clean products I think of them to be animal free as well. Unfortunately gelatin was on the ingredients list here making them not as good as they could have been.

I'll admit I'm a novice when it comes to dietary supplements and taking a garlic supplement had never occurred to me. I don't think I've been taking it long enough to notice a difference in my health, but am happy to have the opportunity! I will say though that these are not completely odorless. They don't have a super strong garlic smell, but definitely do have a slight odor. Not a deal breaker for me, but important to note.
