Exactly what I was looking for; for my transition of aquatic therapy from a professional location to my apartment pool as to return to physical therapy to be able to start walking better again. Took them to my last day of class aquatics and after two hours of underwater workouts both handles had filled with water and one foam section had separated from its adhesive but is still functional enough to keep. These pictures were taken 2 Days after usage and they are still expelling waters of unknown levels of bacteria, and when shaken can hear the inevitable impending water damage. So these are going on the patio! We'll see how they handle mother nature. Ill still be using them a few times a month, they are the perfect resistance. I don't want to look for a different set; I'm too disabled to bother. Peace!

For anybody reading this ... especially, "Senior Citizens" who lose muscle mass as they age - I have used these for water aerobics and noticed immediately the strength building of my entire body. Don't let yourself lose that strength. And, you do not have to join an aerobics class ... just go to your local swimming poop and workout. I go 2-3 a week and I am so happy with the results. These are the type of things that help prevent disabilities along with proper diet.

These weights are great for improving your water aerobics workout. I have been doing water aerobics in the pool since 2007 and I love how I feel when I work out but adding extra resistance in the pool isn't as easy as it is in the gym. Grab a set of these water weights and make your health a priority. Sorry I couldn't take a picture and use them at the same time.

I was not sure how these dumbbells would work, or if they would work. To be honest, I had never heard of anything like this, was curious to give them a try. Two of my granddaughters have started an exercise program at a local gym. They've been doing this on machines, walking, and swimming. When I showed them these dumbbells, they were excited to give them a try. They went to the gym the next day and used the weights as they swam. They said it really gave them a great workout. They were very tired when they got back. They have been using them three times a week at the swimming pool and said the more they do them, the easier it got. In the last three weeks that they have been using them, they have both lost weight and inches. I went to the gym with them last week, and I can say it does make a big difference using the weights to swim with. I had to do it slowly, but you can feel the difference very quickly. Anyone who is interested in either losing weight or toning their body, needs a pair of these dumbbells. They are easy to use and they dry quickly for easy storage. They would be a great gift for anyone in your family. I highly recommend these for any age group, they are just great.

My wife just got out of the hospital and needs to continue her therapy at home. We have a pool so thought we would give these a go. They are well made. Very durable heavy foam. They seem to me to generate around 10 lbs of force when using them it the water.
