Sunny Health & Fitness Folding Climbing Stepper Machine w/ LCD Monitor for Full Body Workout, Stair Master Exercise, SF-1115

I've been using this machine during quarantine, since my gym closed. I can tell that my lower body became much more toned up after a month of using it, 30 min a day. When I use climber stepper, I do it in a half sit up position and it puts more tension to my glutes! The only thing that keeps me from doing a longer workout, is that I do feel pain in my back after doing it for longer then 30 min, but maybe that's because of the position I do it in. It's a great simple machine.

My friend originally purchased this machine and I followed suit after she told me how much she loved it. I'm so glad I made the purchase because this machine is just what I needed during the quarantine!! You break a sweat after about 7 minutes!! I also got it on sale which makes it even better!!

Reasonably priced, works well. Since the pandemic closed the place I usually work out at, I don't have access to the stair stepper there - which is a high level elliptical electric machine. My only negative on it is that I am 135 lbs, I don't generate that much power on it. I have it on level 1 which works okay, but I would prefer to have an easier level than that to do a quicker pace. Trying to "sprint" is challenging even on level 1. Overall though, it is a nice part of my workout.

Gym closed down due to Covid-19. Needed something for my cardio and I love stairs. This was priced right, fast delivery and great customer service. Easy to set up and does the job. I want to get their bikes now :)

So far I've been using this for a couple weeks and I LOVE this foldable stepper. It's not fancy at all. I'm not really using the little digital readout, rather I use my own Polar heartrate monitor._x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you to Sunny for the discount on this stepper and free shipping. VERY affordable. It was easy to assemble, maybe 10 minutes. No tools needed outside what was supplied._x000D_ _x000D_ The resistance for each step is on the resistance cylinder (sort of like a turning dial). So manual adjustment. But for a little over $100 stepper, that's fine. You can't expect this to be like a $2K plus stepper._x000D_ _x000D_ I tend to have a lower heartrate, so getting my heartrate above 120 bpm is challenging, but on this stepper in under 10 minutes, it gets above 120 bpm and stays there. Yay!!! You need to have enough resistance, though. I'm currently at L7 for resistance. The max resistance is L12, so I have a ways to go._x000D_ _x000D_ I'll have to update this review with future use later. :)
