I love my little stepper. I would suggest adjusting to your preferred work out but it's working great for me so far. Easy assembly and small enough to keep in the house out of the way.

I bought this about a week & a half and have been on it religiously doing 700 to 1400 steps a night. I don't have much stamina right now, but I can do 700 steps in 15 minutes. I have lost 3 pounds. I plan to keep my exercises going because this thing has motivated me now with just the few pounds in such a short time. It's sturdy and light enough to pick up and move to a corner out of the way. I can easily move it back in front of the TV to have something to watch while I exercise. I can feel it working in my legs and buttocks. I am going to have the best looking legs when I get really into this. I didn't think it would do much for my arms, but my right arm has been a little sore from leaning on it some when I get tired. I switch off and use my left arm at times to rest on. It reminds me of riding a bike. I feel like I am riding a bike every day but from the comfort of my own home. It's awesome! The price is a steal and it does work!!!! I have a bad knee and it was easy on my knees starting out. About a week into it, my right knee started hurting, but I truly believe it's just from pushing myself to excercise harder. Once more weight comes off, my knees will get better. I had gotten so heavy that I began having a lot of knee problems. I put my knee brace on with this and that helps. I already feel good about myself....slightly beautiful again. I don't feel as bloated either which is odd considering only a few pounds have come off, but I've noticed it. Once I lose more weight, I am going to incorporate in hand weights to tone my arms. Great product!

Takes less time to put together then making Coffee. Well put together and sturdy. I stand 5'9" 250 lbs. Works for me. Just stop looking and Buy This Stepper. Grate price.

Don't get me wrong, the product itself is a steal for this price. It's a good machine if you're a beginner and not that into fitness, otherwise it's not worth the buy because you cannot adjust the resistance levels like the description states. If that were to change I'd give it 5 stars.
