The Sunny Health and Fitness SF-RW1005 Rowing Machine is exactly what I've been looking for, you can adjust each arm lift to fit your strength. So far no problems and loving it- my young sons love it also-great for the whole family's fitness levels. Great buy for the price, exceptional buy for your health!!!
