Happy with service recieved
The camera system works well and the price very affordable.
My Stepdad purchased this for my Mum about 8 months ago and it was installed in early January. You can see the live view perfectly and then 3-4 minutes later the DVR turns itself off and disconnects from the screen and you have nothing. Eventually (no set timing.. just when it feels like it) it will start back up and the 3-4 minutes later it's gone again. Because the DVR isn't running you have no access to anything on the app. This has been going on for 6 months and nothing will make this system stay running as it should. Can't express how disappointed in this product we are.
love the Swann cameras. Great system at an affordable rate. I install security cameras in New Orleans and when people need an affordable system that's reliable I tell them Swann.
I purchased this system a few weeks ago to replace a cheap system of witch only worked for a few weeks So purchased this swann system as it is the Best you can buy at a good price.
