Although I am a raving fan over many products I purchase from Swanson, this is not one of those products. I ordered it because it was the least expensive bottle of flax seed oil on your site, and it turned out to be a disappointment. The taste is so poor that I purchased a different bottle from a different source. I used it several mornings to see if I would get used to it, and it never happened. This is one product that I can't recommend.

Just at looking at the bottle you can tell how valuable of a product this is. Cold pressed, organic, and great packaging at a low price.Taste wise, it taste okay, clearly wouldn't taste as good as coconut oil but it is well worth it for the health benefits of omega 3. I consider this a must have.

This is my favorite flaxseed oil in the world! It is a high quality, organic oil without lignans. If I want extra lignans I use ground flaxseed meal, which is much more cost effective than buying it in my oil. I have not found a better value and always order several at a time & store them in the fridge. This is great for a healthy salad dressing - just add an equal part (or more) organic lemon juice, along with garlic and herbs.

Works nice. Mix 2 tablespoon of cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (OmegaTru).\nMix thoroughly so that all the Flaxseed oil is completely in - none showing.\nTo give it a good taste - mix in some honey to taste.\n\nGives your body a boost.
