I going to tell you something about this amazing supplement. I have tried many supplement over the years, and none have come close to this one! I had short brittle nails, bumpy skin and hair not so good! After taking these for 1 week, yes 1 week! I noticed a huge difference in my nails, skin and hair! You won't be disappointed!\nSure they are a little big, I usually swallow them with bottled water it's easier.
