I have been taking this for three days now and have lost 2.5 pounds. I cannot believe it. I really haven't done anything any different. I was watching what I was eating before and the weight did not budge. I am amazed at this product.I don't know if it kick started my metabolism or what, but so far it is working for me. I started using these along with the chromium picolinate, I feel really good. I can't say how it works I just know I can feel the difference.
