So, I got all my Swanson vitamins the other day---thought I would save money, however, when I muscle tested (using kinesiology) with them they all failed except the zinc. Thus, I have wasted my money and not saved at all. What a disappointment, entirely!

Started taking this product to help with Swansons Kelp as selenium helps with iodine uptake and processing.This is a quality product for the amount of selenium in each dose for such low cost.As a side benefit, the ridges in my nail beds seem to be flattening, and according to my wife my hair feels softer. Selenium is vital to both hair and nail health, so it's quite possible along with the Kelp that I'm getting improvement there as well. Takes about a month or two to get full benefit of both selenium and iodine build-up in the body, but well worth the wait!

I like to take 200 mcg. of Selenium once or twice daily in support of my overall Wellness. You can read so much, from Swanson's website to all over the internet, plus in articles and books, about all we derive from Selenium.\n\nOver the decades, I always preferred to take my Selenium in the form from yeast. Still do. Swanson had this SeMSC form of Selenium on sale, and after I read their hype about it, it sounded promising, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is just fine. On par with the yeast form I have liked and used for so long.\n\nSeMSC Selenium 200 mcg. is a user friendly product as far as I'm concerned. No stinky odor, smallish-to-medium size capsule that is easy to digest with no aftertaste, economical, and effective. Works for me.
