SweeperVac Stick Vacuum Cleaner

I replaced my old swiffer due it finally gave out after 5 years. This one is not as powerful as the original older model. But it is OK [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have had 3 of these in the past 6 years and they have been great. Easy to use and excellent for hardwood floors. I am happy to see that they moved the power button back to the handle instead of the body. It prevents me from bending over to turn it on or off.

I have one of these Swiffer Sweeper Vac at my house. I bought this one for our friends, for their house in Hawaii. It gets a lot of fine dust and the original swiffer picks up some fibers and dust however, the Swiffer Vac picks up all the dust. It doesn't just Push it over and around the room or lets the fibers fall between the cracks in the hardware floors. It doesn't pickup pieces like cat food or rocks, but it does a decent job on small fibers and dust. I am a Fan and I hope our friends like it, too.

Love it! If you have pets who shed like the autumn leaves like I do, this product is a must. I was actually considering getting rid of my dogs before I got this product. I only gave 4 stars b/c I have had 3 or 4 of these & the battery only lasts about 6 mos. or so aside from that it is the best. I wouldn't try to live w/out it. A broom or regular swiffer can't compete.

This item works great, but I paid more for it than a Swiffer/Bissell Steam Boost on another site. That site doesn't sell the Swiffer Sweeper Vac, but I wonder if I could have gotten a better deal if I'd checked other sites for their prices. Wal-Mart usually has the lowest price, and maybe they do for this, but I doubt it.
