I received a six pack of these in the mail for free to sample. If you like apple and fruit juice you might really like this. I didn't think it had a smoothie flavor but other than that the flavor was great. Probably the biggest question is whether it actually boosts milk production: I drank them every other day just in case I saw a decrease, but I can happily report that I didn't. I saw a slight increase (one ounce in each side) in the pump session after drinking it. This is about the same if I drink a lot of juice or water some time before I feed or pump. Because of this I couldn't tell if the effective ingredients were all the things on the package that it said helped, or just drinking more liquid in general. Too small of a sample size to tell, but worth the try for you individually.

Sweetie pie organics sent these to me to try! I would definitely recommend them! The taste is amazing especially when added on ice! It didn't help my production at all like I was hoping . But hopefully it will other moms. One of the best lactation drinks I've tried for sure !

I received this product from Sweetie Pie to try. I am a low supplier, so I'm always looking for ways to increase my supply. First of all, this product tasted great. I'm very picky about drink flavors and this one passed the test for me. As for my supply, I did feel a little increase after drinking it for 4 days. But I drank it during the work days, and my pumping schedule was bit off, so I didn't see a drastic change in my supply. I feel like maybe if I drink this more and keep my pumping/nursing schedule consistent, it will definitely help my supply! Personally, I don't mind fernugeek because it doesn't affect me, but if it does affect you, just know that this product contains fernugeek.

I got this product sent to me for free in exchange for writing this review. I received a 4 pack and I drank one for four days in a row. My baby was only about three weeks old so I had just started breastfeeding and I didn't have any supply issues before starting this product. I did not notice a major increase in supply, but I was making enough milk previously so I'm not sure if my use is a good indicator of whether or not it works. I can say, I wasn't crazy about the taste. It is tolerable, but not enjoyable if that makes sense. Don't buy it for the taste.
