The description is MISLEADING- when I purchased the item the description read as follows "Swingline, SWI74050, Comfort Handle 2-Hole Punches, 1 Each, Black,Gray" . My interpretation was that I would be receiving 2 2-hole punches (does indicate plural), 1 "Each" 1 in black and 1 in gray. What I received was 1 2-Hole Punch in Black/Gray. I did call customer service to inquire about receiving one 2-Hole Punch and I was told quite pointedly that the description is for 1 2-Hole Punch in black AND gray. Do like the hole punch so am giving the product a five....I would give customer service one star at best.
This 2 hole punch worked well for what I needed. I needed to punch through plastic sheets. It worked perfectly.

the purchase that was taken off our Business Credit Card were Desk Blotters I ordered around 5 of them they were sent to some dock I believe in Columbus & she was tracking them down or give us credit & taken off our card & redo the order she never did call back or did she replace them. Rightr now not a good review.
No more pounding on your hand to hole punch papers. This does it with ease. Love how easy it is to use! I use it daily!
