SwitchBot Hub Mini, Smart IR Blaster & Smart Bluetooth to Wi-Fi Gateway, White

I wanted an intependent remote button presser for old "dum" tech so I could use them from anywhere around the world and this with switch bot was small, easy to install, reasonably affortable and so far reliable answer for my needs. Not biggest fan that I needed to buy the hub separately to get everything work over the internet (outside bluetooth range), but I understand the battery life reasoning behind it. Lukily the hub fixed this problem and it was not too expensive. Only thing I would have wanted was power brick in the box for the hub but that was not that big of a deal. All on all I would definedly recomend this to everybody

I needed to have the function for it to automatically press every 2 minutes and found them to be basically featureless. I downloaded IFTTT to add functionability to them but then I needed the hub... I bought the hub and then found out it needed to be connected to a WiFi connection to use them with the hub. I would give these five stars if there was more customization using just the app or the ability to use the hub off the grid. Let's go updates!

Upon purchase of my first SwitchBot switch, I was unaware that it was Bluetooth only ( local). This lead me to the Hub Mini, which was SIMPLE to setup to WiFi and the switch. Now I can remotely power on a remote laptop from anywhere. I have already purchased 3 more switches and Hub Mini and plan to buy 7 more. Thanks for a great product!!

I've got two of this fantastic devices, one operates the computer, and the other and turns on/off the nas thanks to the function of holding down which can be set form 0 to 4 seconds. Also accepts siri and others voice commands No matter where I am thanks the mini hub I can use them all around the world.

I needed a way to wake my home computer when I was at work, to use the home computer as a mini render farm for video and 3d projects. The SwitchBot Hub and the little robot, made this so much easier than setting up Wake-On-Lan. Now I just turn on the computer with the iPhone app and use the remote access Chrome extension to control my computer over the internet. Easy peasy setup:)
