Great assortment of exercises can be utilized by this home gym. Can NOT beat the value for your money. Very compact for smaller areas. Far from gym-quality, but for the value, it can't be beat. Full body workouts achieved! A bit cumbersome to assemble, but directions are pretty straightforward.

Putting this thing together is an absolute nightmare. There are no instructions, just diagrams. That would be fine if the hardware wasn't not only packaged with the pieces directly over the descriptions of the item, but the descriptions on the diagrams don't necessarily match the descriptions that are hidden beneath the pieces %26 the bolts are so simlar they're easy to mix up. I got to step 8 %26 got so frustrated I walked away for several weeks. Getting ready to disassemble the entire thing %26 start again from scratch. Highly recommend laying out all parts %26 hardware in step order rather than letter/%23 b/c parts are assembled out of order %26 hardware is very easy to mix up.

For the price, this is a good piece of home workout equipment. I wouldn't say the instructions were particularly helpful or clear... but with a patient and calm way of putting this together, anyone can do it! Just make sure you set aside about 4 hours and it would help if you had someone helping you decipher the instructions. The quality of the machine was good. It was packaged for rough handling, nothing was damaged and all pieces were accounted for after we opened all boxes. I would say the only thing that may have seemed a bit lacking was the stability of the seat. Tad wobbly, but I am guessing that is because it is adjustable. It also appears to have been made for a person with the smaller booty... oh,well... not anything worth returning it over. Again, a good price for a starter machine.

This is a really decent weight machine. I spent time comparing a good number of similar items from various retailers, and this one gave the most options for the money. It was a small project to assemble, but nothing too bad. No missing parts. Instructions were fine. I've been using it now for about 3 weeks. You can really do a lot of weight excercises with this, isolating all muscle groups and getting a really good full-body workout. I've worked out at a few different health clubs with professional equipment, and this comparatively does a good job.

I bought it couple of days back. One of the bolt is wrong and I have sent multiple emails and picks. But they still not able to understand what is wrong . It is either they don't know anything about the product or they are just passing time to get out of return window. It is very bad experience with their support . Anyone planning please don't buy this gym.
