Its a very nice looking piece of furniture. Sturdy materials. I got a contractor to assemble and move it for me, however, he discovered some pieces had been mislabeled, so when he tried to put in drawers they did not fit. Taking it apart to adjust caused some pieces top coating to come lose. Be sure to triple check labeling of pieces.
Very well made product and customer service is great. Super heavy drawer glides slide with ease. They can be hard to lock you have to slide forcfully to close completely. Packing for shipment is the only bad thing about this furniture. I ordered t pieces both had shipping damage. Luckily they have super customer service and replacement parts arrived 2 days.
I had a general contractor (my boss) build this for me, and even he couldn't do it at first because the measurements were wrong...the overall cabinet and the sliders were made too wide for the drawers. Once he creatively cut some things and made some changes and was able to get it built, it's a great nice looking piece and feels like very good quality, but I could have never made this work on my own and would have had to return it.
The product came in a timely manner. The product is made from particle board but it is well thought out and seems like a decent product. The doors did go on a bit crooked but they still look nice. They are very inexpensive. The drawers are slam resistant but that keeps them from closing all the way unless you push them completely shut (the main reason I gave it three stars). Like I say, they look nice, and unless you really choose to abuse them, seem like they will stand up to the test of time.
I bought 2 of these for the laundry room. Easy enough to put together. One of the drawers kind of sticks but could just be the way I put it together. They do look very nice and have plenty of room. Overall I am satisfied.
