A little over a year ago I got two of these phones, one for myself and one for my 13 year-old daughter. I bought them from T-mobile on two year contracts before they were offered as pre-paid phones. I love the Neuron! Now, we did have one issue with my daughters phone where the screen froze and we had to exchange it at the T-mobile store. It seems that it was just a manufacturing glitch because there have been no issues since with either of our phones. My daughter managed to drop her phone in our pool and killed it. To replace her Neuron we got the LG pop unlocked phone and it was horrible. We wont buy from T-Mobile directly again because they charge way too much and instead of trying any other phones we are ordering another Neuron because we are happy with its quality, screen picture, etc. It is so easy to use. When I first got it, going from keys to a touchscreen was a challenge but now I can't imagine going back to keys. I love that it has a mini 3.5 mm headphone jack, which means we can use any regular headphones with it, and we break headphones a lot. I love that it uses a microSD card and we can store thousands of songs and media. Who needs an iPod when you have the Neuron. It is a phone, camera, video camera, and an iPod. We dont have the internet on it but I'm sure it would work well. It has a ton of applications and the navigation programs are cool. Anyway, great phone and I'm buying it again.

Great price for a phone with these features. I had to order it online since none of my local Walmart stores carried this model in my area. I have to drive 90 miles for work each day and the GPS capabilities which are included at no charge saved me 4 or more hours of sitting stopped on the interstate after an overturned semi last week. I was able to use the small town roads which I was unfamiliar with to work my way back home thanks to this great little feature that I thought I would never use. I needed the unlimited text & phone features to communicate with the engineers @ my company since the buildings are so large and we are expanding our production capabilities faster than our communication capabilities in the area I am. They work amazingly well @ any location from my home to work without even so much as a blink of lost coverage. Since this phone is a prepaid plan phone it offers me almost as much as a phone which would cost 3 times as much on this type of plan. I have been able to customize it with the free "voyager" screen download and "swype" so it will swipe through pages like an expensive smart phone and can either appear with a home screen like a windows phone (which I use as my default) or an "HTC" evo type look. Both of these are preferable in my opinion to Nokia's standard screen. I would recommend this phone to anyone, it works fantastic for what it is. No it is not a state-of-the-art iphone, HTC Evo or Windows phone, but honestly, most of the extra features those ultra phones have, I would never use. I have almost 500 songs on the included 4GB microSD card with plenty of space to spare. This phone only costs me $45 month as compared with the $100-150 per month the big phone companies charge. I get just what I need from this phone and have money left over to spend on more important things than a phone. My only concern is that if this phone does die on me, my local Walmart doesn't carry one to replace it with, however, it was only $99 and so far over the last month and a half it has been flawless! I'd probably order an identical one if something happened to this one.

new for $99 in 4/11 was less $ than same phone used on ebay & Craigs list. Shipping was cheap, & on time. Has long learning curve due to NUTTY operating system. NOT difficult just unintuitive. Took days to find blue tooth hook-up. Eventually it all comes together. BUT it's a nice phone. Pros Phone has been around for a while and has a long positive history & support. This phone also has a standout review history for this $ range. A minimal smart phone but extremely feature rich. Plus hundreds of available apps makes the phone stand out from other under $100 phones for flex and expandability. Impressive call quality, decent touch-screen & display for budget. Love the handwriting recognition- I can use my thumb nail and it's quick. Con; Not fast but better than "slow". Won't win any races for internal functions and on line speed but not frustrating either. Gets confused between horizontal/vertical. Often an added menu step is necessary compared to other systems, external button turn on-off screen cumbersome, ring volume could be louder.

I had bought two of these phones because I didn't want to upgrade through T-mobile and have to extend my contract for another 2 years.. Plus I got the phones cheaper then what T-mobile was offering me, and to mention the 18 dollar upgrade fee and such... I had did a lot of research and the outcome was very negative towards the phone.. But I have had the phones for awhile now and I don't have any issues with them... I get better service on this phone then I did on my Samsung Gravity 2..The calls are crystal clear and the battery life is super, especially for me since i am always using my phone with talking/texting! I wish there were different colours to chose from, but the phone is alright..There is a little lag switching from screen to screen and such but it is not a lot of to bother me.. The phone comes with a little guitar pick stylus with a strap that I make very good use of...I actually find it better for me to text using that then my fingers, less spelling errors lol! All in all I feel that the phone is a great phone and the price isn't that bad.. Theres a lot of neat little things on the phone to tinker around with.. Well, I am very pleased!
