I had the phone for 3 days and the battery over heated walmart refunded my money even before I sent the item back but as per samsung they were no help at all I wouldn't recommend this product after only having the phone for 3 days samsung should have sent me a new battery or replaced the phone it was still under warranty
Even though there are 3 generations beyond this version of the Samsung device, the S4 is still a winner!!! It works very well and I can do all of things I normally do on my phones with this device such as checking text messages, making phone calls, reading articles on the Internet and following social media. My other Android device crashed and Walmart.com had a great sale on this device leading up to Black Friday. The shipping process was flawless and I received the device on the day expected. I am really glad I purchased it!!!
When I opened the package of my cell phone. It is a brand new one and I am very happy about it. But after full charged its battery and turn it on around 15 to 20 minutes it began getting warm and warmer. I don't know why this Samsung Galaxy S4 will getting over heat. Before I ordered this cell phone, I read the reviews and not see other buyers have this problem. After I found my Galaxy S4 has over heat issues, I used Google search and found many people said about this over heat issues of Samsung Galaxy S4. So, I will not recommend my friends to buy Samsung Galaxy S4.
I really really like the phone but too bad it gets overheating when I charge it for the first time, I bought two of them for my parents and both of them get overheating right at the time we start to use or charge them :(
Great phone at a great price. Does everything that you would expect a phone to do! Got the first one for wife for her Birthday (also got her a King Ranch Expedition) and she loves it. Got two more for Christmas presents. We have T Mobile and just took the old sim out of her phone and put it in this one and no problems.
