T-Mobile Samsung Prepaid Galaxy Core Prime Smartphone

So I bought this phone on a whim, without researching enough and i HIGHLY regret it. I absolutely cannot express how much I detest this terrible phone. The quality is in the negative, this phone does not deserve one star at all. EVERY SINGLE DAY, I have to take the battery out and re start this phone, numerous times every day, at least 6 or 7 times. It locks up constantly and takes several minutes to do anything. Last night, it took me over 20 minutes to send one message through Facebook Messenger, due to lagging, slowness and locking up. THIS PHONE WAS LIKE THIS FROM DAY ONE, so no it's not due to being old or used too much. I have only had it less than 2 months and get so aggravated I want to smash it into the wall. Very, very frustrating. Please, save your money! ANY phone is better than this one! Poor picture quality, can't hear people when talking to them, even though volume is at its max, constant dropped calls, very low storage with way too many built in apps you can't delete. Bad graphics. You've been warned!

I just needed a decent smart phone - nothing too fancy - and this fit the bill perfectly. A single charge can last me two days. The only thing that I wish was better is the camera. You will definitely need a case - much more slippery than my old phone. I never took the phone out of my purse over concrete until my case arrived because it kept slipping out of my hands for some reason.

I had to purchase another phone for my daughter for her birthday, so I thought why not buy the new phone from Walmart. I did I purchase the Samsung Galaxy core prime in white and she loved it! Called up my carrier and it only took 5 minutes to activate her new phone.

To be fair - it may be the house I live in. T-mobile said I had to upgrade. Since I do no use half the features of a fancy phone - I did not want to spend a lot. At first I did not want a white phone. This has turned out great. I can find it when I put it on a cluttered desk or in my purse. The battery has a great charge. Camera is "ok." Texting is easy. Not loving the alarm clock - it has almost not features my old cheaper phone had. I will probably download an app for that. I have only used it for a week or 2 - so it remains to be seen how much I like this phone, but so far for an inexpensive phone - it seems to do the job.
