*Tasco Novice 49TN 50X50MM Red Refractor W/ 900X Microscope

This item is a child's toy. This is not for the serious budding scientist. I purchased for a Christmas gift. The items are much smaller than anticipated, and made cheaply. This would be a better gift for a 5 year old than an older child (except for the smaller parts).

Who could say no to a child that asks for something they could learn from for Christmas? I'm glad I didn't and this combo package fulfilled 2 items on the list!! Well powered package deal that provided instant enjoyment for my 8 year old!!

Got this product for my 6yr old nephew as he enjoys looking at the stars and enjoys science. The product seems cheap but it's good for the price. It has a lot of extra things for kids to look at and it's good for what it's worth. If someone really enjoys science that much and needs it for something other thank for fun then this will definitely not be the product to purchase. The combo makes a great learning tool.

I bought this for my 10 year old granddaughter for christmas. This is a terrible telescope not even good for a beginner.

My 6 year old granddaughter saw this as we were browsing online for Christmas present and she go t very excited so of course that's what I got her. She is thrilled with it.
