Leather knife strop is suitable for: knife sharpening and honing, wood carving tools sharpening and honing, razor sharpening and honing, pocket knives and chef’s knives sharpening and honing, chisel sharpening, ax sharpening, etc. One side of the leather strop is rougher than the other one. The dual surfaces in combination with diamond polishing compounds provide just the right amount of abrasion to allow you to sharpen your tools and blades to a micro bevel. Use a rough side of knife honing strop with a polishing paste of lower Grit, and, then, a smooth side with a strop compound of higher grit.
