Tetra Pond ClearChoice BioFilter, Efficient Pond Filtration

The Tetra® Pond ClearChoice® BioFilter works to keep ponds clean through biological and mechanical filtration. This easy-to-use system is ideal for use as a water garden or fish pond filter. It filters coarse debris and provides biological filtration media with large surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonize and remove harmful pollutants. The filter works in three stages. First, pond water is pumped into the filter and passes through mechanical pre-filter sponges that remove suspended debris to improve water clarity. In stage 2, water passes through finer foam, which provides further filtration.
