I love the comfort of this sandal, I'm on my fourth pair and use them just about everyday for a 3 to 5 mile walk. The Velcro seemings to start bursting it's stitches after a year but that's also the time I feel the arch support declining and buy a new pair.
So these work really well on trails and going in water they dry up really fast and they don't dangle around when you're walking or being in water. They do run small so get the next size up. The only thing I didn't like was the front straps closer to your toes are too long, but what I did was cut them and took it to my local tailor shop and had them sew them up. Really comfortable sandals you don't feel rocks when you're walking. This is a must have activity sandals.
The first thing I noticed was that the sandals seemed short. Having ordered multiple payof TEVA Sandals in a size 12, I compared them and the size 12 of this new model is definitely at least 1/2 inch shorter which unfortunately outmuscled toes at the very edge. Why would TEVA not keep a size 12 the same length? So, I was leaving on a trip, and decided to just try to deal with it; but the length is absolutely shorter than it should be. It would be nice if TEVA would send me a 12.5.
All I wear all day n night are these sandals, they're like my feet!! I wear them to do house work, yard work and they are the perfect all around foot wear. Cool for this summer heat here in Katy Texas. I get wet in them and relax in them for every thing here. My feet have a tan where I wear them outside so much. I also love to go cycling in them too.
I've been using these to walk around Portugal and they have been great. They are comfortable, fit well, and are supportive. I haven't worn them long enough to know how long they'll last, but so far so good. I originally bought a size twelve, but had to size up for a size 13.
