Theraputic Inversion Table

Just balancing myself in different positions has been a wonderful experience, better than yoga or anything else I have tried. I bought this because I had seen others use it years before and no longer could tolerate the pain on my feet with even normal walking, so bat-like exercise or even meditative state seemed an attainable goal.

I received the box about a week after ordering. It was a little heavy and awkward getting it into the SUV due to it's slender rectangular shape. Once I got it home and opened it up, it only took about 30 minutes to assemble. It is very solid and comfortable to use. I did notice the height adjustment bar is about an inch off but thats not an issue. I recommend this product and am very happy with the purchase.

It really does a lot to relieve back and neck pain. My only complaint is that it hurts the back of my ankle or achilles area. It doesn't seem to have enough padding so I can't use it daily as I had planned cause it makes my foot sore. I am trying to rig up something to correct the problem. Overall I am pleased with the product.

I bought this inversion table because I was suffering pain from a lumbar strain as a result of degenerative disc disease. Lots of people with similar conditions love inversion tables. So far mine has not been a silver bullet bringing an end to the pain and injury. It's not the table's fault. It does the job just fine. The directions weren't great so you have to figure out a lot to put it together. The foot pads slide around so you have to keep putting them in the right position. The back rest isn't long enough for my six foot frame so the top gets me right in the back of the neck. Otherwise a good inversion table and worth the price.

I got this Health Mark Thera-Trac Inversion Table a couple weeks back. It's sturdy yet lightweight. The installation instruction could have been written better but I managed to put it together with no problem. The price at WM is reasonable and the delivery was excellent.
