This product just simply does not work. There's not enough heat generated to cause adequate blood circulation. Having been 52 years in alternative medicine, one would do better with hydrotherapy and vibration therapy. End of story

I bent down for something, came up too fast heard a pop, next thing you know I could barely stand up straight let alone walk. Turns out had a slight herniated disk, only thing that helped was thermacare for the back, ibuprofen 800 and walking for about half an hour to hour everyday around the park. DOES NOT TAKE PAIN AWAY but DOES GIVE YOU SOME RELIEF.

So cheaply made. The Velcro or what ever it is made of is so cheap I had to tie the stupid thing in knot to keep it from coming off. The heat was pathetic in one box of them and the other burned my skin. I wil be posting this everywhere I can. ThermaCare is JUNK

I am a tall person and dont bend correctly. After vacuuming for 30 minutes, I bent at the waist to pull my trainers on to go out. As I straightened up, I felt my back go ping, ping in two places and fell to the floor. After 90 minutes on my back, I was totally unable to move. Anyway, I was helped up and used my arms to move/carry myself around. After a nights sleep I found I was much better and improved daily. After a week I still have soreness/feel tingles in my lower back. I was given a back belt and didnt think it would help much, but after 3.5 hrs wearing it, I have to say it is amazing. Every time I lean back in my office chair, I feel a real hot warmth - almost like hot teabags - not hot enough to burn, but hot! its lovely and feels very soothing on my back. This is a miraculous piece of kit!

I had to put two on to cover all my lower back spasms. Unbelievable ! NO heat at all ! Two hours after wearing and theres VERY little heat but no relief - WASTE OF MONEY !!!
