Very bright light, and seems to be well made. Has nice features. However, if I had realized it was so large physically, I would have probably kept looking. I had a good one before, but couldn't find it again. My old light was nearly as bright, but about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of this Cyclops light.

For almost a year I used the light every night when taking my dog outside . It worked great. Then one day it wouldn't turn on. I checked the batteries & they were fine. I replaced the bulb & still nothing. For anyone who doesn't know where to get a replacement bulb - I purchased mine from a local auto supply shop since it is a standard headlight bulb. I also have the Cyclops Scout spot light. I hope that one lasts!!

This light died after a year of service and it is not the battery or the bulb. I am not sure what happen because I never received any help from the manufacture's customer service. They said it was my fault because I did not charge the battery every three months as specified by the owners manual. I told them I replaced the battery with a new 12v battery. I received no reply and they would not offer a suggestion to what I should do with the light. This is poor customer service. This is what you can expect if you purchase this light or any product for that matter from GSM Outdoors. Don't believe me, just read all the other reviews that had similar issues like mine. You will see a pattern of poor customer service and bad products.

If you need a really powerful spotlight, the Thor is the one. Its amazing! I drive a truck night shift and inside ranches, when you need to find different locations, its the perfect tool. I truly believe it has more than 2 miles reach! But: (there's always a but) its way too big. Its like carrying your microwave with you. Its BIG. Its not too heavy, and when you use it, everything vanishes and nights turns into day! Want a +-2 mile beam? buy it!

I was very excited about this spotlight when i saw it on the website. I thought if a 3 million CW light was really bright, i expected a light 6x that power would turn night into day, but oh man i was wrong... Ive seen many 3 million cw lights that are the same if not brighter than this one... it was bright, no doubt, but like ive said, i expected it to be A LOT brighter. it took a long time to charge (15 hours), and then you have to charge it after every use to fully charged or else the battery gets messed up. its a very sensetive light. one good point was the 40 minute continuous use lifespan, but you cant even use it WHILE its charging, which is ridiculous. the flashlight also had a button that has no use, it didnt do anything. overall, this thing isnt worth it. i returned it the day after i used it. very sensetive and incredibly underpowered.
