Tide Free Powder Laundry Detergent, 70 oz

By far the best free and clear product ive used and Ive used them all. Does not clean as well as Original Tide so there is definitely more missing than just the perfume and Dye, but I always use on my towels and bedding.

I bought this detergent in hopes of finding a local alternative to cloth diaper detergent that has to be bought online. This is NOT the detergent to use! I am already aware that I have hard water. Knowing this I always use water softener in the wash. Most other detergents I have tried require 1-2 extra rinses to get all the soap out. This detergent took 13 EXTRA rinses to get out of the diapers!! And they weren't very clean afterward! I have never experienced this with any other detergent I have tried.....even detergents that I didn't care for much rinsed off better than this stuff. I will not use this on any laundry in my house as a result. Especially not my child's cloth diapers!

I find that the soap has a terribel smell. I have had to wash my laundry twice with extra rinse cycles to try and remove it. After all of that, there is still a hint of it. It reminds me of my oven cleaner. I have always used Tide products but that will have to change. The product that this has replaced (Free/Sensitive Skin) worked this one definetely does not.

This is a great Product and I enjoy the outcome of my Clothes. They smell clean even though they have No smellI was Reluctant as the costs but I decided to go for it & Glad I did.

Tide free & gentle doesnt seem to compare with the original formulation. I see less suds in my washer and doesnt seem to work as well on t-shirt stains.
