Tilda Rice Basmati Wild

Basmati & Wild Rice 16 oz (453 g) A subtle blend of fragrant pure basmati & exotic wild rice. Microwavable. Tilda Pure Basmati tastes like no other rice on earth - a tantalizing flavor and a magical aroma. Basmati is a unique rice that grows only in the foothills of the Himalayas where it is watered by snowfall rivers and hand tended by dedicated farmers. Wild rice grows in North America and has a natural, deliciously nutty aroma and flavor. We have blended pure Basmati with exotic wild rice to produce this sophisticated blend of tastes and textures. Taste a world of difference. Store in a cool dry place. Place 6 cups water into a large saucepan and bring to boil. Add 1 cup rice, returns to a medium boil, stir and cook uncovered for 20 minutes. Drain then rinse in a strainer with boiling water. Serve. Place 1 cup rice in a deep 2 - quart microwave safe container; add 1 1/4 cups cold water. Cover (if plastic wrap is used then vent slightly) and cook on High (100% power) for 7 minutes (650 watt). Stir; cover and cook on defrost (30% power) for 15 minutes.
