Small and rugged but still too large to put on a remote comfortably. Had a problem trying to find a device that would support the app. Seems that they are limited on what version of Android will work with it. I tried a ChromeOS tablet the app was available however I could not complete the setup procedure to use it. Needed to purchase a new device to use properly.

Bought this to track my cat and was underwhelmed with the result. The bluetooth signal is super weak so you have to be very very close to the cat for it to register. I was hoping to be able to locate my cat on the map when he's outside but the signal isn't strong enough for that. The only useful part is being able to "ring" his collar when he's nearby but I can't see him

It showed this review was about the Stickers. I have not used them so I cannot comment. Thus one star. As for the other products I am happy to see you can now replace the batteries. I am VERY unhappy that mine can't which means I will have to buy all new Tiles as the batteries die. Worse my original purchases included presents which they are just getting now. I will need to test them to see if they are even still working. Which they won't for long. Last the dots I put on my remote. The small area does not include a great amount of stickiness. I added a tiny drop of superglue and they have stayed on. I was sure to put a VERY small amount so they will come off when the batteries die. All in all buying them now will be completely worth it. Replaceable batteries makes them all worth it. The first time you can't find your keys your phone whatever you have a Tile on you're going to love it.

It takes more than one attempt to initiate a search for the Tile sticker. The map shows my lost item (cat) at my next door neighbor and my neighbor across the street- but she was here at my house- hidden in a closet. After several repeat efforts to hit the search function while right next to my cat- the Tile app said I would be notified when my cat was found- but two more attempts to hit the cat icon- finally resulted in me hearing the tile on her collar ring. The ring is very very soft- so it is also something that needs a very quiet environment to be able to hear at all. I had to be right next to my cat for the tile to send me a “signal Medium strength” message. Once it finally rang it said “Signal Strong.”

The other two tiles are working well but my husband tried to set up this one for his phone ( in true fashion only now setting up his Father's Day gift 5 months later) and it won't work. Please help as I'd like to replace with one that works - I can't take him continuing to lose his phone!
