Tommee Tippee Ollie the Owl Grofriend Light and Sound Sleep Aid, 0m+

First of all, this owl is so cute and fluffy. My baby loves it. I love that there are three settings for sound, two different types of sound (white noise and lullaby), and three settings for light. And you can also Velcro the owl to the side of the crib. That is genius! You can also set the owl, so that when the baby starts crying, it will play the white noise or lullaby for twenty minutes. But here's the part where I love and hate it. The cry detector is more like a sound detector. Any bit of noise will trigger the owl, and at times, our baby had a harder time staying asleep, because it will start playing. All in all, it's a great product. I am just not sure if I like the cry detector. I thought I would love this feature, since the cry sensor is what makes this product unqiue. Of ourse, there is an option to not use it... I also wish there were options on how long I can play the white noise or lullaby! Wish I could play it longer. Nonetheless, the owl is worth it, and it stands out from similar products in the market. My youngest has always had a hard time sleeping nicely by herself but since we got her the soothing owl she has fallen asleep much easier & hasn't gotten up multiple times a night. It's soft & snuggly, she loves holding it and I love how it's Bridget enough to comfort but not too bright where it makes falling asleep difficult. The sounds are very comforting. Highly recommend! The one thing that I didn't like was that it didn't come with batteries. My son did like the music and lights on it and loved how soft it was for him to cuddle with. The volume was a little low on the music and sounds, but overall it was a good item to keep in his crib, in addition to the sound machine and projector that we have for him. My son, nephew and my niece all agree that Ollie the Owl is a wonderful thing to have! With the southing sounds that play for 20 minutes at a time AND with the sending baby is crying, Ollie quickly starts singing again to ease the baby back to sleep. The different textures such as the buttons, nose, wings and soft body, babies can self soothe if the lullaby's aren't enough. My son loves to touch on the wings particularly. My son adores how Ollie lights up (3 different levels of brightness). He'll gaze at Ollie, cuddle Ollie and loves touching Ollie's wings.
