I ordered a children’s sunscreen product and the company sent baby diaper cream. The invoices says I received sunscreen. I called customer service several times and none of the people understood my problem???? Are there some issues at their intake call center? One rep told me the sunscreen children’s product has been discontinued. Why is it still shown on your website???

This is the ONLY cream that gets rid of my daughters diaper rash! I've tried everything (A&D, desitin, butt paste) nothing has worked. This, I put on her butt at bedtime and in the morning the rash is gone!

Best diaper rash cream I have ever used! I love other baby products from this brand as well as their toothpaste for children. It's a must have for parents!

This product seems to be easier to apply than other products with zinc oxide. It appears to have the same abilities as other zinc oxide products. It says it is natural in its ingredients and it states that the inactive ingredients are caprylic/caprictriglycaride, helainthusannus(sunflower)seed oil,beeswax,hydrogenated castor oil,locopheryl acetate,(vitamin e acetate). The caprylic/caprictriglycaride is actually fractionated coconut oil which has a soothing effect as well as a softening effect. As i have investigated all ingredients it is a high quality product. It seems that it is fairly fast acting and lasts for an extended length of time. I have tried it to sooth the pain caused by diarrhea and it is very soothing and as stated before brings relief for an extended length of time. The main drawback with this product as with all products that contain zinc oxide is that it is very difficult to wash off. If this product is priced reasonably as compared to equate products or store brands I would highly recommend this product. It also is scent free which is a big plus.

As a huge fan of Toms of Maine in general, I was excited to try this. Fortunately, (knock on wood) we haven't had a big diaper-rash problem lately. However, trying it out, I didn't like the zinc oxide and the way it felt on the baby's skin. It seemed thick and heavy. We'll give it a chance, but on texture alone, not liking it.
